The obsession continues! I made another pair of shell-stitch gloves, this time with a V-stitch cuff, as my blue gloves from last week are just a tad too short on my wrists I think. It’s a shame the pics are so washed out-looking, but they are in a lovely sage green colour, in a yarn left over from the Granny square baby blanket I made earlier.

I admit I do love these! I think they’re the best ones I’ve made yet. Really warm and snug, and quite ladylike. I’m thinking of putting these up for sale in my forthcoming etsy shop (which i will set up if I ever get around to it)
Those are really cute! Too bad my finger are usually the coldest part of me lol
i know, me too! I am trying work up the tenacity needed to make finger-ed gloves, but i can imagine it would be tedious crocheting fingers 10 times…
Nice job!! And I love your nail polish
Thanks!
I love love love these! And the blue ones too. Please write up pattern, or at least a simple description. I’ll happily test it for you
They are perfect (haven’t found any wrist/armwarmers/fingerless gloves I like on net).
I just started crochet a few weeks ago (and am already staying up late into the night with hook in hand or trawling internet patterns!) I made a great neckwarmer from a pattern online and am now creating matching fingerless gloves without pattern – it’s a steep learning curve and I’ve ripped it out and redone it about 10 times so far! It’s getting there though.
So, how did you do these…pleeease?
Your slouch beanie is definitely next on my list.
Thank you! I’m glad you like them.
I agree it is a steep learning curve, you have no idea how many times i’ve ripped work apart only to start again! Plus my slight OCD tendencies make it impossible for me to continue working on something I’m not happy with. But then I guess that’s how you learn. Keep up the crochet! Are you on Ravelry? Do you have a blog yourself?
These are so cute! One of my friends really wanted a pair of mermaid knit gloves, but I only crochet. I was looking for alternatives and found these, and we both love them! I would love to learn how you did these, if that’s okay! I’m so excited to look around your blog and see what other crochet goodies you’ve come up with
I would love the pattern to these adorable fingerless gloves. The economy has forced me to be creative in my gift giving…and I love it. Please share!
Thanks!
Oh, I agree with Kay, please share the pattern! I would love to make these for my mother-in-law, she turns 50 this year. Please, please, please
I would LOVE the pattern/directions to make these adorable gloves!!! PLEASE and THANK YOU!
how do I get this pattern
