Another ‘distraction project’ – something I made when I really should be working on my granny squares!
Very simple – did 3 double crochets, skip 3 chains, 3dc, sk 3ch etc and so on, till its as long as you want (i.e. the size of your head from ear to ear). I did two rows of this and kept two long ends to tie with.
Apologies for the shaky pic (it’s hard to photograph the back of your head!) but I wanted to show the beads I added to the ends of the band. If you tie your hair up the beads can look quite cool.
Wow, this is lovely! And the beads are such a nice touch! Probably makes you want to wear you hair up every day.

Thanks! I’m really surprised at that, I’m not sure what criteria they judge by anyway, I don’t have any tutorials or patterns, my site is just simply a ‘show and tell’, so perhaps it’s just on an individual’s personal decision.
